How long will it take to receive my order? Once you have placed your order, you will receive it within a maximum of 3 or 4 days, except when the delay is due to circumstances beyond our control. If we run out of stock, ask about the delivery deadline. Should we run out of stock or in the event of circumstances beyond our control , CURTISUR 2000 SL, cannot be held responsible for honouring the agreed dates. Which transport company do you use for your shipments? The shipments are sent by UPS. Do your articles come with a guarantee? The product should be delivered in perfect condition. Any damage should be notified within a maximum of 8 days from receipt of the goods after which no returns will be accepted. Our products can only be returned with our written authorisation up to a fortnight after receiving the goods, with the article and the packaging in perfect condition. Prices The prices are net, and will be increased with the corresponding VAT. Curtisur 2000 SL reserves the right to modify prices without prior warning, depending on stocks or changes in costs.
